Last Saturday, i knew i just gotta have fun despite the heavy workload that has overshadowed me. Did not expect much, just went to have some great night out. As planned, it was to client's event! Levi's Launch for 501 jeans Live Unbuttoned with some art and music competition going on.

Met a hell load of celebrities. Met a couple of very unexpected uni friends there too! Hell yeah!
But the best part of the night is this. When Joey G announced it was time for lucky draw, i joked so much that he would call my name.

[ Alan & Ji San ] Hahahaha.. yea man! . . . You wish!

Ok, plan was actually to upload MTV pictures together with my new blog skin. But somehow, my programmer and i couldn't find the time to fix the codes. Been working hard worse than a cow these few days. Really burned the midnight oil, think till i gonna grow white hair?, poured so much blood into figuring solutions out, and woke up freaking early for work. How did i responded to the event?

First thing first, it was a great arrangement that MTV had for us. Carried us there, 'baby sit' us and gave us MENTOS! haha. my team had a great 'nanny'. Nice job, Joshua! :P

The event was a huge disappointment. Sound system was sucky. Setting was horrible! Stage design was crappy! And so small! Audience seats are those you see in the stadium! How about the celebrities' sittings? They got red cushion chairs just like how you normally see in wedding restaurants! Ohmygawd! i really would want to hide my face somewhere. Candiedotcom. Really embarrassing! Ok, what do you expect anyway, it's Genting Arena of Stars. Yerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

You know how it normally goes when nominees are being presented on screen and they have settings being carried out on another stage so that there's no interruption for next performance? Well, that was not the case here. They arranged the drum sets RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LOW SCREEN which was currently playing the nominees! And those guys were still practically moving here and there! Omigod. Damn sad. i got no comment on that. Just really shook my head when i saw that.

Wannabes and posers were literally everywhere. These kids, God, help them! So freaking air-headed. Talk big, talk cock! I'm sorry it's all just plain rubbish for attention.

When Pop Shuvvit performed their 'Freak Show', these young boy fans suddenly got all hyper. Don't forget they are all sweaty. So you get the picture? I was basically got banging here and there. With big impact and momentum ok! They jumped and jumped, andddddddddddd i got my toes stepped sooooooooo many times. Ouch! In the end, i lost feel in two of my toes; till today. i LOST FEEL in my toes. Numb. Can't really feel :(

Show was 2 hours short. Stars performed two hits, and gave awards twice. All as there wasn't enough stars. Sad!

That should be the end of my complaints. Was only impressed with Leona Lewis! hehe..

Despite all the bad comments, i am still happy to be part of the show and can now proudly say 'I have been to a MTV Awards Show!!! ' teehee :P
